Guidelines and procedure to fill the Online Registration form

The particulars filled in the Admission Application Form cannot be changed further.

Fill the application form carefully and pay Rs.1000/-For Class I-IX and Rs.1500/-For Class XI through online. Submit the application form along with mandatory documents at the school office. Students applying from cities outside Bokaro can submit the duly filled application form with required documents through email to the School mail ID.

and submit the hard copy at the time of admission.

It is mandatory to submit the following documents or else the admission will be cancelled automatically.
(a) Transfer Certificate attested by competent authority should be submitted within 15 days of the result declaration of previous school. Affiliation No./ UDISE No. must be mentioned in the Transfer Certificate.
(b) Photocopy of Student's Caste Certificate (if applicable) at the time of Application form submission.
(c) Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Government authority/Municipal corporation at the time of Application form submission. Birth Certificate being submitted to school office must have been issued at least 12 months ago.
(d)Copies of Aadhar Card of Student, Father, Mother and Guardian at the time of Application form submission.
(e)Recent Passport size photo one each of Student, Father, Mother and Guardian (if applicable) at the time of Application form submission. (Student Photo must be in previous school's uniform). (The photograph of the applicant to be submitted at the office must be the same as the one uploaded online.).
(f) Copy of Half yearly Mark sheet is mandatory for classes 1 to 9 and Pre-board Mark sheet & Admit Card for class 11 of the
present class at the time of Application form submission and final Mark sheet within 15 days of result
declaration of previous school.

Students would be called for entrance test/counselling after the submission of application form.

Admission would be confirmed only after written approval by the Principal/Vice Principal.

Admission fee will not be refunded.

Students joining late, for any reason whatsoever, have to pay fee for the full session.

Admission of each child will be treated as provisional until and unless the required documents are submitted and full admission fee is paid.

Admission to our school is strictly based on merit. We do not charge capitation fees, donations, or any other forms
of payment. Parents/Guardians are cautioned against individuals posing as 'agents' who claim to secure admission in exchange for money.
Please note that :
The school has no authorized agents.
No donations, whether cash or kind, are accepted for admission, promotion, or any other purposes.
Our School is a Minority Community Institution and does not come under RTE Act.
